Associated Chaplains in California State Service (ACCSS) is a professional association, focusing on training and development for Chaplains in State service.
ACCSS works with various organizations in order to promote the professional nature and training of its state-employed chaplains and to influence departmental policies to improve religious programming, and by ensuring chaplains continue to receive the best training, tools, and development.
